Red Heart Super Saver Metallic Yarn
Red Heart Super Saver is a yarn that has been around for longer than I have had a passion for yarn. It was one of the first yarns I used when I started crocheting. And one that I have used for multiple projects. Over time they have added other yarns to the Super Saver family, including the Super Saver Metallic Yarn.

For my recent project of the Simple Crochet Wall Decor, Red Heart Super Saver Metallic was the perfect fit for my wall decor design. I searched for something different because I wasn’t satisfied with anything in my yarn stash. So I decided to check the local Walmart. And I found the one with just enough bling to compliment the project.
It was perfect for the project but how did it rank overall? Let’s get down to it.

Summary
I do not recall any issues with this yarn that would make me not use it again. It had the subtle sparkle that I was looking for and was perfect for the project that I was doing. I, in fact, used it again to make my daughter one to display her own collection of pins. The metallic fiber in the yarn is noticeable to the touch but did not irritate the skin while crocheting.
