The Family, furry and human.

A little bit more about me and my household is that I have one daughter and 4 furbabies that keep me busy. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs. All of whom like to “help” with various parts of my world.

My daughter has gone off to college this year causing a hole in the family and household, but we are adapting to the new changes.

cat guarding yarn
Hazel started guarding yarn early in her life.

Hazel loves to lay on everything.

Our two cats are named Hazel and Kenny. The cats love to help with the yarn when I am crocheting. Chasing it, catching it, chewing on it, are all great things when trying to work on a project. I am constantly pulling out cat hair from completed stitches.

Kenny loves to lay here and guard the yarn.

Kenny loves my papa sans chair.

The two dogs are Lacey and Ruby. The dogs love to be a part of any activity really but love it outdoors. Lacey comes in every day and puts her nose to the leashes telling me that she wants to go for a walk even if we just came back from one.

They love to snuggle!
Lacey the golden lab with her squeaky toy.
Lacey loves her squeaky toys.

They go with us camping almost every time and like it for the most part. Tie outs are not their favorite but a must when at most campgrounds.

Ruby the beagle laying in the grass

Human household family members

Last, but very not least. My daughter, Haley, who is kind, thoughtful, artistic, and a fellow adventurer is killing it at college. She is my most amazing creation.
